I wondered about that! But seems he was too busy going places to stop for a snooze. He did sniff them in passing though.

So cute working on his treadmill. Perhaps he could have a nice snooze in your slippers!

Not my slippers btw! OH spare ones as he got new ones for Christmas (we get really exciting Christmas presents here lol). One of mine was a long handled dustpan and brush! Which I am really pleased with so I don’t keep bending down to the floor too much. The ribs are much better but still have to be careful for a while.

I’m assuming OH has donated his spare ones to Raffy as they’re in his play area under the coffee table

Raffy has been gradually working his way through his sunflower head

Ah, slippers for hire! Sorry to hear that you have rib discomfort, I hope it gets better quickly. Christmas presents that are really useful are the best! Raffy is enjoying that sunflower head

Have to say it's been a nightmare getting him down and upstairs from the upstairs cage in a tube. He tries really hard to get out and pushes hard! And carrying food and water up and downstairs. Also much nicer having him in the living room again.

That's so funny to imagine him trying to push his way out! He must be so impatient to get to free-roaming.

Very cool idea, never thought of giving a ham that! Can't believe I almost missed Raffy on the saucer, it's so cute. Amazing that he does it without turning his back as a Syrian

Raffy woke up early tonight (10.30pm) and went to snack on his peanut and papaya cookie in his salt pig. He then had a wander round and came quite close to the camera And tolerated me having it there.

Thank you Socks Mum - if you notice the second time I stroked him he turned his head a bit He still thinks about a nip now and then but doesn't do it! Considering I was invading his space he accepted a stroke very well.

I said recently I didn't think he was showing signs of ageing but he is feeling slightly bonier, which is normal at this age, and he is drinking more as well.

His official birthday is coming up soon As I don't know exactly when he was born, I'm timing his official birthday for when something is due to come out of the freezer!
