Hot here again today.
Glad you got some sleep and the humidity is going downI did eventually manage to get about 3 hours sleep after next lot of inhalers and actually lie down then. Google said the humidity would be less this morning and much more normal by lunch time. But it's also going to be very hot here today 28 degrees.
Sorry to hear that. Amazed you found any in stock!@Maz the heat is really affecting my breathing this summer too! It’s a bit rubbish! I can’t wait for my air con to be fitted!
I think I managed to get in just ahead of the rush! I stupidly forgot to put my air purifier on last night which has affected my breathing and triggered a hypermobile flareSorry to hear that. Amazed you found any in stock!
Thank goodness you got one and a good oneI think if I hadn't had this air purifier last night I'd have ended up in hospital!
No good being in hospital in this weather - hotter in most hospitals than anywhere elseThank goodness you got one and a good one![]()
I did wonder that. So I've been outside most of today, in the shade - had a job to do. Fine in the shade despite the heat. Enough air today. Came inside and went to the bedroom tonight and it's just as bad! Despite the curtains drawn, fresh air through the window and the air purifier on all day. So I think I'll have to sleep downstairs again which is such an upheaval. No good being in hospital in this weather - hotter in most hospitals than anywhere else![]()
Poor MazSo humidity not quite as bad as last night - instead the midges are back! So being bitten to death has been keeping me awake. So I now have the air purifier going and the fly zapper thing. Which seems to be working - it is zapping ever few seconds - which is now keeping me awake!
Thank you. I had to switch the zapper off before going to sleep! It did work quite well but quite noisy and the smell of fried midges was a bit strange.Lavender and mint plants help against midgets sometimes, last year we had an invasion of then and I planted a few of these herbs and placed them in the kitchen and bedroom on the window sill. When the scent started spreading in the room I had less midgets.
