Tbh, i would continue to feed it because Orko looks very well on it.

I thought it said tofu on the packet.

I always think that hamsters don't live long enough to worry about longterm effects, within reason of course.

Aww thank you. I assumed soya was tofu. My friend explained how there is tofu, soya, temph and they are all different.
 
My partner saw Orko attacking his snuffle matt in the early hours. He was surprised Orko was being so rough with it. He then saw him take some bedding and put it under his bridge. I suspect he was tidying up.

Aw he does look cute there! He really loves his home and has lots to do. I wonder why he was chewing his mat? Maybe the cooler weather? Perhaps he decided to chew bits off for his nest or something. Or maybe he was just having fun!

He was trying to get every single seed from the snuffle mat. He leaves the less desirable ones until last. :) He cannot get the actual pieces of tissue off the mat.
 
Orko is so much stronger now. I gave him a shrimp cookie last night and did not cut it up for the first time to see if he could manage it now that he has grown. I am happy to say he could. :) He loved it so much and has already eaten a third of it.
 
I could not see Orko's shrimp cookie when I woke up this morning. I was puzzled as he could not have eaten it all. Luckily I have a camera as I found out what happened. :)

Lovely to see his colouring in daylight :-). He does tidy doesn’t he? And he seems to love that hide.

I am pleased you enjoyed his videos. He goes about tidying up all through the night.
 
He's a lovely looking robo isn't he? Lovely colours. Very soft and fluffy looking. He makes Pip look miniscule lol
