I am not sure if Pip cleans sand off his feet or not as his feet are so small, his cage is in a dim area and my eyesight isn't great ha ha! I know he loves his sand bath.
 
I am so surprised by how tidy Orko is especially as you say different. Through out the night he goes round tidying up bedding. I have barely anything to do in his cage.
 
Orko is a very unusual Robo. He tidies before eating his peaflake! Most hamsters would follow their nose straight to the food.

Does Orko even keep his wheels clean?
 
I think Orko must love his home and it's more foraging than tidying possibly :)

His wheels are always clean apart from a bit of sand that gets in there due to being on his little paws. He does not tidy before eating tofu but yes. he will tidy before eating. He has such an amazing character. I wonder how he coped in his previous home. Perhaps it was too small to keep tidy and now he has the chance to keep his home clean. I know it could just be his tidy nature.
 
Yes it could just be his tidy nature. Moo was very tidy - his toilet area was as far away from his house as possible and he kept it in a small area and covered it with substrate. And he had his little routines. Raffy is messy lol!

That is so cute. Haha Raffy wants to have free range of your whole house anyway. ;)

I have never had a tidy animal to look after before. It always feels strange like I have nothing to do!
 
I like to hide a mealworm in Orko's hides. What I find so cute is, he will return to look for more like they will magically appear. He does not really use many hides other then his Rodipet hide and the apple hide he has. Here is a clip of him.

Ha ha magic mealworms :-). He had a look in that other pot later didn't he?
 
He seems to like a smooth cool surface. The Rodipet hide is on a granite tile i think and the apple hide is ceramic.

That is right. He has a ceramic cloud and other green hide but he ignores those apart from getting a meal worm out of them.
 
This morning Orko was up much later then usual. I lay quietly in bed so I did not disturb him. When I checked the camera I saw he went back under his bedding for a few hours in the early hours so he was not out the whole time. Here are some cute clips of him.

Lovely seeing him emerge through that hole :) He does like his sprays doesn't he?
