Hams spends more time chewing the stalks than eating the seeds.

Thanks Rainbow, my last bag of pick n fly was full of it. May have to give it to the birds. I've been on Etsy and treated him to a bunch of flax instead.

Not sure I've ever had red millet in mine. Sounds like we both have rather random bags. What is Pips preference? Will Raffy eat them. Hams only eats the flax

Pip sort of nibbled the grassy one when it first appeared. I wanted to see him nibbling the flax like Orko but he just ignores it. Raffy either bats them out of the way or tramples on them.

I've a trampler here, no matter how deep the substrate it's trample, trample, trample till it's flat, lol!

My last Pick N' Fly had those and i'll look up their name when i get home. Bernard and Lilly especially love those.

I buy the Pick N' Fly in a petshop so i can choose because their contents varies.

Hams missed his time out last night. I sat for over 30 mins but he didn't seem to want to come out. I was tired so I shut the door in the end and put the playpen away. My OH said as soon as I was gone he chewed the bars for a few mins then gave up. Needless to say he was up and out bright and early tonight

Yes, this was our first order from them so the sticker was a surprise and is now on the side of his cage. We ordered from one of your recommendations as Hams loves the flax so I was looking for bigger bunches
