Are these the right Lily's kitchen for hamsters? The picture of the packet on the P@H website looks slightly different to other photos I've seen on this forum. I want to buy some for Albert when I go into P@H this weekend.

These have potato and parsley. The ones suitable for hamsters are pure meat.

I just checked my packet & the Lily’s kithen website & both are potato & pumkin, nothing about parsley so possibly a mistake on the P@H website?

I don’t think any of them are pure meat, just mostly meat with some veg & glycerine, have you checked your packet? I’ve looked at two I bought some time apart & they’re the same.

Oh I see. I do not have the packet as I put them in an air tight container.

Just to confuse things a bit more the other ones I have are Chicken & salmon, those do contain potato & parsley so maybe there’s been some kind of mix up there on P@H website.

Putting the words "Pure meat" on the packet is probably a bit misleading.

That might just mean it’s real meat rather than just meat derivatives like so many treats, in other words all the left over bits.
