Raffy would also buy nuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds - probably not millet. He would also buy yippees, crocks, and fish and chips probably lol!I wonder what hamsters would buy if they could go shopping

I only give small pieces but I've decided just to give Albert the broccoli stem from now on. I love learning about what Albert likes and dislikes. It's also nice to see what other hamsters on here like and dislike too. In some ways hamsters are same and in ways they are very different.Raffy eats the lot - stem and floret - but then his piece is very very small. Pip has the tiniest floret you can imagine that actually has a bit of stem. Raffy has one marginally bigger than that. So if it's quite a large piece of broccoli they will probably choose the tastiest bit. There is nothing wrong with giving larger amounts of veg as they will only eat what they need, but my worry has always been they will hoard the rest and me have to dig around finding rotten veg!
You might need to do a few more shifts Beryl to cover Lilly's shopping billLilly's shopping list: everything that is edible.
Lilly: Where's mum? She should be at home to let me out and feed me.I am at work right now!
I had a lovely time thanks.Aw, how precious and sweet! I hope you had a lovely break. Albert sounds so happy to have his mum back.![]()
