I saw a little Sprite in the pet shop just now, pouching food and bedding and nibbling on some hay. This was the first time I've seen more than a brief glimpse of a dwarfie. He was nibbling away with half closed eyes, enjoying the hay. They had a Robo in another cage, another first for me, very cute! The little Sprite came forward all the way to the front and had a good look at me, such characters!

It was very nice meeting him. I spent a long time watching him and went back a few more times to see him.

The new dig box was approved. Looks like Sprite likes the snail hide too. He looked so cute exploring it. He was very clever and found the connected tubes quickly. This video is as soon as he explored the dig box.

He eats the middle and leaves the shell. My partner told me this is how humans eat shrimps too. Very clever.

It is isn’t it? Sprite has lovely expressions.

With the clocks going back, I woke up later then usual. I have not slept very well for the past two weeks and it caught up with me. If I am not up when Sprite wants to use his playpen, he gets annoyed. So, when he got up again and wanted to go in his playpen he let me put him in but ignored me. This is his grumpy expression.
