I think it sounds normal - he wants to come out into his nice big new playpen again! Raffy used to do this every night if he saw me and he was awake. It's to get your attention and say - I want to come out. Grommit is growing up and getting more confident, and sometimes, once they've had a taste of more space to roam - they keep wanting it!

I think your right. He's had 2 1/2 hours in the playpen tonight. Went we offered him a taxi home, he jumped straight in. We've put a box in his cage with shredded paper and some seeds too. I'll let you all know tomorrow

Hamsters boys sticking together! They are kind of cute little poops I like seeing them as they tell me he is eating OK and his tummy isn't upset

Dig boxes are so much fun. Hamsters seem to really enjoy them especially if there are treats to find.

Yes he's loving it! I put some treats in and sunflower seed.
