Just weighed Eric. He's 152g now which means he put on 20g since he's been here.

He's happier upstairs. That's him back in his cage after a couple of long freeroams.

He mostly jumps off the shelf instead of using the little bridge but there's plenty of substrate.
He didn't use the roof run but i left some tubes in to stop him from monkey barring. The tubes work well for that purpose.

Otto seems ok with Eric. He was always competing with Clive and didn't like little Davy's scent but sofar he seems ok with Eric.

Both Syrians got up and walked around their cages with their noses up in the air because the ceiling fan is going on the lowest setting! I am roasting boys!
Then they pouched their fresh food but ate the tiny piece of melon first.
Eric always pouches bedding as well to stuff his house even more regardless of the weather.
I think the hamsters cope with the heat better than i do.

It's the box with strips of loo paper he pouches for bedding. He chews the box when i'm at work overnight so i'm forever at Aldi's looking for empty chewing gum boxes.
