It’s hard to tell really, he does look quite shaky, almost like he’s shivering which could just be old age, he looks in good condition otherwise.
Is he still eating & drinking ok?

Yep he still eats and drinks just fine I gave him a couple of small slices of carrot the other day he munched them down just fine

I think maybe he is not well and it's old age taking over. His ears seem a bit down on the second video. Have you noticed his ears down a lot? That can be a sign they're in pain. It's normal for their ears to be down when they first wake up but if they're down a lot he could be in pain.

It does look similar to how some of my Syrians have been towards the end - I may be wrong though.

Yesterday when I had him out of his cage when he was running around his ears were perked up

Ah - just seen this. It's good he is still eating and drinking. I think it would be an idea to contact a vet and ask about him having some pain relief though. They are very good at hiding pain.

Ok so he's maybe not that bad then. One of my Syrians was a bit like this when older - he was still eating and active, but panting a lot and getting short of breath and having to stop. It was probably a degree of heart failure.

If he’s eating & drinking ok & his ears are up then I would think it’s just old age, they do get quite wobbly when they age.
If there are no other signs that something is wrong & he still gets around ok then I think he’s ok for now, just keep a close eye on him for any changes.

It's good he had his ears up when running around. It is maybe just old age creeping up then. Sadly, as they get older, their organs stop working so well - kidneys first usually which is why they often drink more and pee more in old age.

I am really sorry to hear that
He was running around just fine struggling to climb things but I kinda expect that with his old age he still was giving it his best when trying to climb I was trying to stop him from going somewhere with my hand and he managed to somewhat climb my hand and then leap off of it to go where he wanted to go lol

It is tough when they get old & things can be a bit upredictable but as long as he seems comfortable just enjoy your time together now.

He could go on some time yet
