Albert loves his dig box so I decided to upgrade to a bigger one. Volume on if you want to listen to my silly voice. The video was originally about 5 minutes long but I edited it down because you can only see cardboard moving and me asking Albert if he's having fun.

I got up this morning to find Albert had buried the bottom part of his wheel with bedding He must have done it in the last hour because an hour before I got up my hubby heard him on his wheel. I opened Albert's cage and started to move the bedding when Albert popped his head up from underneath the wheel. Made me jump and laugh. He looked at me as if to say "what do you think you're doing?" I spun the wheel to check it was going around ok and Albert put his paw on it to stop the wheel. I checked the wheel a few more times and every time Albert put his paw on it to stop it So I moved Albert and spun the wheel again. I think Albert thought I wasn't getting the message because he then jumped into the wheel to stop it and looked at me very seriously.

Albert: this is my wheel so please go away

Yes hamsters don't get that we are just trying to fix what they caused! I think he was seriously worried you wanted to run on HIS wheel!

I made Albert a treat puzzle this morning. Albert takes his well earned treats into his coconut hide at the end. That's his favourite place to eat.
