I would stick to chicken for freeze dried meat, most other meat is a bit rich for them.
I expect Albert would like dried shrimps & they’re easy to get too pet shops would probably have them, they’re often sold as fish food if you can’t find them in the small pet ranges.
How much chicken depends on the protein in his diet really, if the protein in his diet is already ok then maybe a couple of times a week, if it’s low he could have a tiny piece every day or every other day.

Funny coincidence...
My hubby was playing music Saturday afternoon. The song "Living in a Box" by Living in a Box came on. When the chorus played Albert came running out of his box house and meerkated while looking around and then went back in again.
