When Albert came out of his cage he had a little walk around on me, did my hair for me and then sat on my right shoulder having a wash and dozing. I was talking to him and asking him why he wasn't running around. It was just me and Albert. Peace and quiet. We were both so relaxed I thought I might drop off to sleep too. I decided scoop Albert off my shoulder and pop him back in his cage. He took some pumpkin seeds from the palm of my hand and took them back to his nest.

I offered Albert a very small piece of cheese He's not interested. He looked very unhappy about it. So I gave him a couple of pumkinseeds to make up for the disappointment of the cheese. He took them very quickly and ran back to his nest to enjoy

They have quite individual tastes. Now you know not to bother with cheese crocks.

Every time I give him broccoli he eats all of it apart from the florets. I wonder why

Perhaps it's his way of giving me flowers. Florets do look a little bit like flowers
