I'm really not sure what the difference is between hemp seed hearts and hemp seeds! The seeds are small so I don't quite see how they have hearts. Unless it's like the shelled hempseed which is more fluffy stuff. I've used the shelled hemp seed with older hamsters as they can just lick it up instead of it being too crunchy.

But all the ones linked would be perfectly fine. I got these from Amazon, which are quite cheap.

I’m not sure about hemp seed hearts but I would guess it’s just shelled hempseed.
You can get plain unroasted hemp seeds from quite a few places online not sure about shops but most sold for humans are shelled, as long as t hey aren’t roasted that’s fine but I always think in the shell is better for enrichment & having to work for the treat.

The first ones are roasted and the second are just the hearts so I am not sure they will have the same nutrition but they will be safe. I think these ones may be better:

I usually buy mine from Mixarama so I am not sure where else sell the whole seed.

At last Albert let's me video him on his wheel
Albert has always been fine with me watching him on his wheel but as soon as I get my phone to film him he does a disappearing act
Albert loves his wheel. I clean Albert's wheel a few times a week because he pees on it. When I put the wheel back Albert likes to help by grabbing the edge of the wheel with his teeth and pulls at it. It's very funny to see.

Albert - I'll help you put the wheel back mum.
