I got these from Boyes 10 for £2.50 ideal for putting treats separately I put a weeks supply (approximately) and just take out a tiny pinch if they are minute seeds or an odd nut or mealworm daily varying it each day they all fit conveniently into a washing pod container (throughly washed out )and keep it handy on top of Petes cage. If you blow up the image you can see what is written on the labels
