Yesterday we welcomed Teddy to our crazy family
after loosing charmander in March there was a massive gap in our family, Teddy was wished for and loved long before we knew who he would be
We only went in to have a look and he was there running on his wheel and when he saw us he came running to the front of his tank to say hello
we saw him and knew he was our missing piece
he chose us
So far we have discovered- he's actually awake most of the day and asleep most of the night.
He LOVES his wheel! He seemed to enjoy the flying saucer one in the shop too so I think I'm going to get a big one of those for playpen time after payday!
He's already coming up to say hello
He really likes beech chips!
He likes to nibble the carrot House!
He's discovered what a sand bath is and is the first of my hammies to manage to kick sand all over the room
cheeky teddy!
He seems fond of the smallest human and gave her a nose boop on his first day!
He has his first vet checkup booked for the 8th of September
He really really likes the bears hamsters food and seems to enjoy sitting on the terracotta saucer!
He didn't seem to know how to burrow yesterday (maybe because he was on wood shavings previously) but has mastered the art of burrowing today
Welcome to the mad House little man
