Maybe move the water bowl a bit further to the right? :-) He is just seeing what he can achieve maybe! I think it's normal, at night, to see if they can independently find a way out.

There isnt space for him to drink if I move the water bowl. I cannot let him carry on doing that because his paws and bottom are geting wet.
 
That’s tricky. Maybe have the water bowl in a different part of the cage? Although sounds like you’ve solved it by changing the hide maybe?

I just changed the hide to his apple one and all is well.😊
 
No way will he be able to climb the apple!

He fits in that perfectly, must feel so safe and secure for him.

Lovely video of Sprite with his flowers in the tunnel, I really laughed when I saw that cloud hide, I can just imagie Sprites face!
 
I got a nice close up of Sprite enjoying some lettuce. :)
