Since I lost my dog, Monty, a couple of years ago, I’ve received many signs which convince me that he is with me/in heaven/alive and well. These include
1) the most random play of Morningtown Ride by a DJ - it’s a song I used to sing to my dog
2) hearing his claws on the Lino floor of the kitchen
3) seeing a schnauzer shaped cloud just like him above my house, very much like the photo below
4) I regularly, even now, feel him walking up and down the bed during the night to find a comfy spot which he used to do, and on occasion feel a weight on my foot as he settles down and puts his head on my foot.

After Blossom passed, I was telling the vet and the nurse about the signs I’d had from Monty, and they joked that perhaps Blossom would too.
Well…
1) I started randomly singing Don’t cry for me Argentina, and felt it was from Miss B
Don’t cry for me oh my mama
The truth is I never left you
All through my wild days
My mad existence
I kept my promise
Don’t keep your distance.

2) I looked out the window while eating lunch at work and saw a cloud shaped just like a hamster eating out of a food bowl, just like Miss B 🌸
3) I’m unwell at the moment with a chest infection and asthma flare up, very similar to one a couple of months after getting Blossom. She had a platform in her cage where I put treats for her to forage every evening. There was a little bell hanging from the platform which would jingle when she was foraging. This evening, I heard the little jingle of that bell coming from the sideboard in the lounge where her cage stood šŸ”” (I’ve heard other sounds too that made me stop and think it was her, but this was the most obvious one)

Lovely you had these comforting and special experiences . I’m so sorry you’re not well. Do take care. Blossom and Monty knew they were loved.
