Otto found his egg but too early to get up. He's gone back to his nest with some snacks.

I just had to swap the boys over. Otto had been zooming around in the hamster room and Clive was with me in the hall.
They both kept going to the devider where i was sitting, wanting to go where the other was.
So i picked up Otto and put him over the stair barrier on top of the stairs then picked up Clive and put him over the devider into the hamster room. Then retrieved Otto from under the bookcase and put him down in the hall.
Now they are both happily playing again.

Just weighed Otto. He's 173g now! I'm very hapoy with that.

Otto is a different hamster to the one you first rescued. He is healthy and has gained weight. He is even confident enough to want to come out his cage. It is so beautiful to see.

Otto has been out for hours tonight and here he is, looking hopeful again. He's really coming to life now.
