Oh they can definitely make their feelings known! At least you aren't getting black looks and the turning the back on you treatment. Our first Syrian used to turn his back and stick his bum out if he was miffed. And he could give some really black, hurt looks that made you feel so guilty! He always forgave though and bounced back - after I'd said sorry a few times and given him some space. Having said that, they are different out of the cage than in it - but then it's getting them out that's the tricky thing, if they're in a huff. Orko maybe just needs to make it his own a bit again.
 
I am getting black looks. This morning I put out his breakfast and then was in the kitchen getting his water. He was out when I came back so I thought I had been forgiven. He left his cucumber, gobbled up the porridge and went into his burrow. Oops.

Despite Orko not being my friend, he feels very comfortable to come out. He has been out four times already today.

Aw it's lovely seeing him emerge from the substrate, and he went over to his little chair, so I think he is thinking of you - I bet he is softening already.
 
Orko tried spaghetti for the first time. I do not think he was impressed. He did not eat any then had a long drink of water.

Was that little thing of him lifting his leg a sign of approval then? :ROFLMAO: Yes he seemed to struggle with it on the first video but it was an Orko approved size on the second video - and then that little leg thing :)

That is what he does when he grooms himself. Dont all robos do that? He does that all the time. 😂
 
Orko was hungry this morning and ate his bell pepper and porridge right away.

Lovely to see him enjoying his breakfast, it looked like he was doing a quick dance routine afterwards too!
 
Orko is my friend again! 🥳 🥳 🥳 He spent some time in his playpen this morning. He cleaned himself for over 5 minutes so I ended up stopping the video. :LOL:

I am so happy he has forgiven me. I missed him so much. When I chatted to him after he was in the playpen he really looked at me so I know we are friends again. :)
 
Oh that's good news :-) I thought he'd get distracted out of it if he had some playpen time - but how did you manage to get him out of the cage?! :ROFLMAO:

When he popped out I went over to talk to him. As he did not go off in a huff I offered him the tube. :) For a whole week he would disappear if I tried to talk to him so I had to wait for him to forgive me first. :)
 
That’s great news, huff over then!
Lovely to watch him having a good wash & brush up 😍

Aw that's good - he forgave you so he came in the taxi :)
 
I think he accepted the spaghetti as a peace offering....after it had been presented to his liking.
