Newbie needing major help with guidelines for freezing, baking, and overall safety before adding to habitat

You sound like me. I'm new too and Freezing everything! On a side note my daughter rescued a horse and we had a mite problem. That was painful to fix 🤣. So I am sticking to freezing for a minimum of 72 hours. Peace of mind.... But I'm loving this journey. I never in a million years thought I would end up rescuing a horse and a hamster 😂💖!

A horse and a hamster sounds like a very nice combination :-) I bet someone could write a childrens story about them :-) I freeze everything for a week. Some people freeze for 72 hours, let it defrost and warm up and then freeze again for another 72 hours. It's mainly for moth eggs and bug eggs which aren't visible.

I just ordered getzoo. I got 3 packs because they always seem to be out of stock. Going to just leave them in the freezer. Thanks for advice. And if anyone wanted to write a story (definitely in my talented enough!) here are my 3 boys 💖

Well I'm showing my age although the character was revived by Johnny Depp in the 2013 Lone Ranger film, but Tonto was the Lone Ranger's Native American friend. It mentions Tonto partway through this video. I used to love this as a very small child :-) I'll just add I am not nearly as old as the TV programme 😂 - it must have just still been on TV for years afterwards.
