It's from someone on Etsy, called MrMangoMakes - and it's a silent wheel made by 3D printing (there are other items as well, like shelves). So it's plastic basically, like a lot of wheels. Not only does it come in three different sizes, but there is also an option to have bar mount fittings or stand fittings - which looks really good to me! The wheels can also be personalised (name in the centre). I am very tempted to try one - when funds permit ............
The price isn't massively expensive - not cheap either. For the cage mounted options it's £24 for an 8" wheel, £28 for a 10" wheel and £32 for a 12" wheel (cage mounted). For the ones with the stand it's £34 for the 8", £38 for the 10" £42 for the 12". In various colours.
