It's a bit like nesting waiting for a new arrival

I'm suddenly finding I have a lot to do so I think the time will go quickly now. My slight tweaking has improved things a bit - can't do a photo just now because it's so dark - been a dark wet day. I decided not to use the mini platform over the water bottle - it slid around a bit. Instead I've put the ceramic water bottle holder on there (it "just" fits without scraping the house roof when I remove it). And the bowl tucked into the corner behind it. Still waiting for a few sprays to come out of the freezer - I'm leaving them till Sunday morning. I don't have that many. I had ordered a really nice box of sprays but it didn't appear for two weeks and have now asked for a refund. But I have enough.

There are more things I'd like to add but have run out of room and finding the cage size a bit limiting. I wish it was a Plaza 120!

I've made a couple of cardboard boredom breakers (nothing different to usual!) and one for Raffy as well. I'll post those on the cardboard creations page.

I know what you mean about the Plaza, it soon fills up.

I turned the big light on and took some photos anyway, but they're a bit dark So the gnome hide is on the back shelf with the shell. Rainbow bridge moved to the front (it's not really needed for getting in and out of the sandbath as the substrate is high enough). New dried sunflower at the front. Water bottle holder/hide on top of house and water bowl in the corner behind it. And added the two cardboard boredom breakers.

The tweaks you made are brilliant! It looks beautiful.

Just wish I had done the house legs about 2 or 3 cms shorter so there was more of a gap above the water bottle holder! It's tricky to slide in and out without making noise, but it is possible if I'm careful. It didn't fit in the last cage set up I did.

I had a little hyacinth bowl I wanted to add as well, with flower petals in but couldn't get it to fit anywhere, so just scattered a few petals instead.

Looks great, it’s all come together really well now, almost worth the wait to do a bit of tweaking!
I usually just scatter petals & other forage too, and I always have problems getting the water bottle holder in!
