I would think so... I couldn't sit still if I knew I had a hamster coming! I wish they could just SnapTravel to our house! Are they a boy or girl? What species?

She's a Russian dwarf hamster HammieHeart - almost certainly a hybrid.

Thank you Zara. My night camera got dropped and stopped working. I did get another one but haven't used it yet

I think we are all counting down the days with you it seems a long process how does the adoption process work have you far to travel when you fetch her home sorry about too many questions I just love hearing how our hamsters came to be with us.

In this case, the rescue are delivering, as they are coming to my area on Sunday anyway. I think they are very busy and it's probably easier for them to do it this way than me meet them half way another day.

I think midweek the time should go a bit quicker hopefully! It would help if the weather would improve and I could keep busier. It's felt too cold to do much the last few days!
