Mr Nibbles Diary

I just got in touch with TEMU and told them it arrived today and how I can pay for it as they gave me a refund. They don’t want the money! On top they sent me 49,- euros voucher and some free offers for hamster toys 🥰 that is so kind. You wouldn’t get that from a German company 🫣

Oh yes I can see the difference now I've looked closer. Mine has got 6 catches on the front door and different top doors! I'm sure Nibbles will love it. 🏠🥰🐹Ness

That is great news :-) You did the honest thing and they were good enough to keep to what they said. You can return the Amazon one for a refund now :-)

It was really kind of them 🥰 I will order some more bedding to put aside with the money they refunded, that makes me feel better.
I think I will have enough bedding I still have 70 litres left, but I think there is enough in now 🙏
That will be the corner with his mch and I will put some of his old bedding in for the smell. I do hope there are no moth eggs in though.

If you are worried there could be moth eggs, then what you could do is let him have a couple of transition days in the new enclosure so he scent marks the bedding. Add some strips of torn up toilet paper and a couple of new items as well and let him use it as a play cage for a few days if you can. Then when he moves over he wouldn't be quite so stressed about not having his familiar nest and hoard because it will already have his scent.

He will also have scent marked any new items you put in. If you really want to be sure there are no moth eggs, then you'd need to disinfect the cage items in his old cage before moving them across as well and then set them up in the same location as before, which at least would be familiar.

Or you could just take a chance .............

Gosh your getting on really well, considering the weather. You must be exhausted. I'm sure Nibbles will appreciate your efforts 🥰💖💞🐹Ness
I had a tea break in between 😅
It’s not finished as I am not taking anything out of his old house until he’s in the playpen 😅
But the main work is done 🙏

Aw, that is really nice of them. I enjoyed Temu, but my debit card did strange things. I must try again, I got sandals from them which are very comfortable and other very useful things for good prices 🛒🛍️

Yes everything will be set up as before, i wouldn’t change that. The only thing that is new is the platform, but he has never bothered about a new platform before. I will see how he reacts. He his quite chill about new places. He made a nest in the playpen. I don’t think he will be that stressed as I have had to change the whole bed and hoard many times due to his peeing in there before he had the toilet. I think I will not put the old bedding in, it is too risky.
He his a bit of a gipsy 😅 last night he had made himself a nice nest in my little basket on the bottom shelf. I will watch him
carefully and then decide what to do. The main thing for him will be his wheel his house and the en-suite and of course his food and his favourite water dish 😅

I ordered all my kitchen things there when my flat burnt down last year 🙄
And cutlery plates cups…
They are so friendly. I have never had a bad experience with them 🫶

That would be lovely 🥰 Perhaps Snoop can have a walk in the forest 🐾

How lovely 🥰 wouldn't it be great if they all could get on together... Piggies and hammies lying back on their sun loungers sipping their water bottles having a good moan about us humans. Lovely 💖💞💝🥰🐹Ness
