Nibbles new wheel for the playpen arrived today. I hope he likes it, I was concerned that the China wheel was getting to small as he uses it so frequently.
That was a nice surprise today, it arrived very early.

It is for the playpen, he’s got a similar one in the cage. The China wheel is great, but it’s not very sturdy and since he has grown (I must weigh him again) I was worried about his back and because it’s wobbly, I feared it would topple over him.Is this one for his cage or his playpen?
I got this one for a good price on TEME. I just checked 22 euros instead of 32 euros

He loves the wheel, he got up late and I had fallen to sleep. But I woke up and he was waiting to come out. So I thought: one hour will be enoughLooking forward to seeing his reaction, I hope he takes to it

I love his new wheel, I like the fact it's transparentHe loves the wheel, he got up late and I had fallen to sleep. But I woke up and he was waiting to come out. So I thought: one hour will be enough

Aw, poor little hammy. There is a video of a Ukrainian hamster being moved from the road using a rubber flip flop. The guy in the video tried to pick him up and the hamster was also standing up and hissing like this and jumping up. The guy got bitten quite a lot, even on his legs I think. But then he held out his flip flop and the hamster bit it and then could be transferred into the bushes, still holding onto the flip flop
