I was talking to her yesThe little ears are so sweetWelcome to the forum
Mindy has lovely markings. It's very sweet how she is looking at the camera with curiosity. Were you talking to her? Perhaps she already knows her name and where the treats come from

Oh yeah! She's gorgeous! I agree with @Scarlet42 - but if the lighting is right it can be possibleYou were right not to use flash as that would scare her and unfortunately it's often evening and dim light when they come out. However if you have more lights on in the room it can help! Lamp light isn't enough. I turn the "big light" on (ie ceiling light). I also have an anglepoise lamp that can be pointed in various directions - that can be a bit bright for a hamster as well, so I point it at the ceiling and it kind of diffuses the light really well and just brightens the whole room up
Just some ideas for as and when. @Hamster Haven may have some tips too as she has a hamster with very similar colouring
I can tell she is beautifulThe angle of her head looking at the camera and her ears perked up - very sweet.
GorgeousI was talking to her yesshe seemed to be listening and considering

She looks like my Zelda did
It is she will prob need a bigger one as she grows as she’s still young. Almost 4 months. Adopted from support adoption at pets at home. Put up for adoption for being too feisty apparently. She’s not she’s just being a hamster.Aw she's adorable. Is that big strawberry a hide? It's really cute, looks like it's just Mindy's size
I can imagine- that is big progress!Exciting update she came on to my hand last night for a pea flake then seemed curious and interested in more snacks.so over the moon. Stayed on my hand arm had a sniff then went back about her business. Made my night though
