Well it seems I shouldn't have let his meds run out , so he's got more again now. But he is still biting , so his wound isn't doing well. Took him back to vets today and he's given another med and Calpol , to try and calm him down. Hope it works.

I'm sorry - I hope the meds help Bobby. I think it's a rare thing for a vet to give calpol.

Edit - is it definitely calpol?

Yes,it's Def Calpol,diluted into a solution. At this point I think the vet is trying anything to try and calm him down

Had a fantastic half an hour in playpen with her. She was running all over me , climbing in my t-shirt , and loads of smooths and cuddles. Her fur is sooooo soft !! She is very fast and absolutely adorable.

It is with great sadness that I post this. I got Bobby up for his meds this morning , and he had bitten himself really bad. Got emergency vet visit , and he had bitten down to his muscles and part of his muscle. This was not treatable anymore , so we had to put him down. I am so upset. I love this little guy sooo much. He was running around his cage this morning , but this was just beyond repair. I am so gutted. I can't believe I had to come home from vets without him. I love him sooo much , but there was nothing else we could do.

I am so sorry . It's very sad. You tried so hard to help him. It sounds like it was the kindest thing to do for him to relieve his suffering x He will be missed, and is playing over the rainbow bridge now.

Thanks Maz. I am so gutted. But we did everything we could for him. I miss him so much , already. It's heartbreaking
