Thanks Amy. I hope the same happens with Bobby then. Good to hear a similar problem , and that it was solved. Thank you xOh dear, I do feel sorryI hope the medications work and if the pain stops he will surly stop biting. My cat had a similar issue on the top of her leg it was awful. But as soon as the meds kicked in it healed really fast. I hope the same for little Bobby.
We never found out what it was with my cat, it just appeared out of nowhere and vanished again. I can’t upload the foto as it’s horrific. All pawsand fingers are crossed here

Yes I am getting lots of cuddles and love him so much. Hope the meds kick in and he heals up.Oh I'm so sorry to hear about Bobby, I hope he finds some relief and has a settled night. I'm sure he's getting lots of love and cuddles.Ness

Uh oh , got Pedro out today , found a lump on Pedro's back !! Vets booked. Also discovered on close inspection that he is a girl !!!!

I'm not gonna change her name as she has a name plate on her cage lol. She was 2 in April Hun. Will have to buy her girl clothes instead of boy clothes now !Oh no. I hope "she" is ok! Amazing to find Pedro is a girl after all this time - will her name change to perdita now?
Will change her lab block pot to a pink one instead of her blue one , and that will remind me she's a girl ! Lol. Maybe I should give my hamster unisex names from now on !!

Poor Bobby was not happy to be woken out of his hide for his meds this morning. He was moving his head but I managed to get his medicines in. But trying to put his cream on , he wriggled so much he wriggled out of my hand and got on bed then got off the end of the bed. He landed in a gap between stuff so I managed to scoop him up and put him back in his hospital cage. He went straight back into his hide and shoved bedding to cover the entrance - like **** Off !

Well bobby was not a good boy with meds tonight , he bit me 3 times. Good job he's just a robo so it doesn't hurt !

He's ok thanks. And his bites don't hurt. But might give him a morning off from his meds tomorrow
