Oh no. I know the feeling I've lost all sorts of important bits like that! At the moment I am missing a washer from the back of a wood rodipet wheel I was going to give to Higgins. I suspect it's either in his cage under the bedding (although couldn't find it) or down the back of the radiator somewhere!

The allen key shouldn't be an issue. You can get sets of allen keys of all sizes. We have a bike tool that has them all and it only cost about £2. The screws are another matter! I remember you couldn't source the right replacement screws but then found them again?

I had issues with the screws on mine becoming too loose. I just got some big wood screws and used them! Worked a treat!
