I just took out and cleaned Lilly's wheel while she was asleep in her loft. I put the wheel back in very quietly but a sleepy little white face appeared from the bedroom. The rest of Lilly followed, rushed downstairs and checked out the wheel!
Now she's wide awake and wants out.

I think Russian Dwarf Hamsters are light sleeps... Albert and his sand bath. Lilly and her wheel. Probably best we don't disturb them when they are a sleep 🤣

They are. I had foster dwarfs who would screech angrily from their nests when i attempted spot cleaning. I couldn't see them but i could certainly hear them.

I let Lilly have a few seeds from the jar and then took it away. She frantically run around looking for the jar because she wanted all of them!

Lilly really is a foodie.😍
she can also be an attention seeking little monkey. I knew Lilly was hovering around me wanting something while i was talking to Otto who was still up. I had my hand on the floor and she promptly nipped my finger!

When i picked her up she sat in my hand looking quite the innocent and sweet little angel....with a ruthless streak.

Lilly makes me laugh. My partner loves watching the videos you post of her. He thinks she looks like a toy.

She really does have personality :-) Would you say she's a bit of a diva?!

Just look how she's scanning the room to see if anybody's about!

She is definitely wanting attention isn't she?! I wonder if, with you having all the hamsters out at various times, it makes them more competitive about "out" time :) But then it seems Lilly likes being out a lot anyway! She is so full of energy!

Lilly doesn't need to compete with the other hamsters because they are usually in their nests when she wants out.

Clive is the competitive and jealous one. I think he's one of those males (hamsters) who never grew up.

What? You mean a typical male... 🤣

I've put the linseeds in a different place but didn't take Lilly long to find them.

Ooh she looks really excited about finding those! She is always a pleasure to watch.

Aw, beautiful Lilly! She looks so happy. I like the entrance hole you made in her tunnel. Looks like she enjoys using it.
