The pain relief medication won't affect her badly - it doesn't have unpleasant side effects like antibiotics can. It also tastes nice. If you've been given some metacam or loxicom I would give it to her. Relieving any pain might make her want to eat and drink. Sugar water will boost blood sugar and give her a few calories and keep her hydrated.

Will she take anything from a teaspoon? Eg a bit of mashed banana - or porridge? Something tasty like that might tempt her.

It needs to be Metacam or Loxicom - as Socks Mum says the vet should have worked out the dose and given instructions. It’s usually once a day and the dose varies depending on the weight of the hamster. It’s a tiny amount.

Human painkillers aren’t suitable for hansters and can be toxic for them. Metacam/Loxicom is the equivalent of human ibuprofen so it’s anti inflammatory as well as pain relief.
