Kuy

Hello and welcome back :) It looks like you missed the fact that the forum closed down in March (long story but it was some new legislation affecting forums) and has just re-opened again! So yes everyone has had to make a new account - and I've just reconnected your old posts with your new account :-) To do that I had to change your name back to how it was before (ponyo rather than Ponyo) but I can change it again now, if you let me know which version you prefer!

Kuy is as adorable as ever! Such a little sweetie - gorgeous photo! I can't believe he'll be 1 in a couple of months! Is he still tiny? :)
By the way there's a new photo competition if you want to enter a photo of him :-)

Thanks for helping me, Maz. I missed a lot information during 3 months break. I saw the post about forum being closed and follow you on instagram.

Thanks, Kuy still tiny. His weight is not moving at all and stuck around 100gr. He is so picky especially for protein, just want protein made from tofu. Wallnut and all fresh fruit and vegs also moderately given to him. I think Kuy have a small hamster genetic

He's just a small hamster isn't he? :) Small but adorable! I wouldn't worry about trying to help him grow now - as you say it's probably genetic. The main thing is that he has a healthy diet generally, which it sounds like he does :-) Which hamster mix were you using again?

Yes Maz, average adult syrian weight in here around 100 - 150gr, rarely see anyone have syrian passed that average. So i concluded Kuy have a small syrian gene.

I used a homemade local seller seedmix

Ingredients:
White Millet, Red Millet, Red Foxtail Millet, Canary Seed, Sunflower seed, Dried Corn, White Rice, Rolled Oat, Brown Rice, Rolled Oat, Glutinous Black Rice, Haver Seed, Peanut, Mung bean, Soybean, Western Hay Timothy, BSF Larva, Thyme, Oregano, Barley, Pumpkin Seeds, Marigold Petals, Rose Petals, Mint Leaf.

I adds dried tofu to give more protein for Kuy

I remember now, you had difficulty finding hamster mixes :-) The ingredients, with added protein, sound ok to me. @Daisy will know more about this than me and may have the odd suggestion :-) But he looks healthy and well :-)
