I know i havnt really posted on here but i have been on here reading and taking some valuable information.

Unfortunately pebbles died yesterday. She has been very friendly lately with the odd nibble on a finger that is normally a sign. My daughter got her out of her cage yesterday and she was walking on the floor. I got a shout into the kitchen as she was besides herself ( 13) said pebble back legs had just stopped working and she was sat motionless on the floor for 20 secs, she then tried in vain to move with her front legs then rolled over. I carefully lifted her up on to her legs where she was twitching a little. So i picked her up and held her as she curled up in my hand and passed away.
I put her in her bed. And this morning carefully put her in a cosy box to let my daughter bury her later. Very sad. She looked so peaceful. Thank you all for your information. Its a great site. Helpful.

Aww I am really sorry to read about Pebbles. At least she knew she wanted snuggles with her lovely owners. Sending hugs to you and your family. Play well at the Rainbow Bridge Pebbles 🌈 xx

That is very sad, but a sweet way to say goodbye. She used up her very last moments of life to make one last contact. And the life she had was a good one 🙏 Snuggle softly over the bridge little Pebbles 🌈

I'm so sorry. It must have been upsetting and scary for your daughter. It's possible she had a stroke. So very sad and big hugs to you both. Pebbles is now playing free over the rainbow bridge. She was lucky to have a safe, loving home and good care, and we are lucky to be repaid by the amount of joy they bring.

It can help process it all sometimes once there has been a sort of goodbye ceremony but it sounds like you've had that.

Play well over the Rainbow Bridge Pebbles 🌈

So sorry for your loss. How lovely that she was having a nice free range time when she passed. RIP Pebbles 🌈
