Hot glue gun - is it deadly??

I was just cleaning my dwarfs wheel on the side of my kitchen sink… and it fell . It’s a niteangel wheel and I wasted no time and glued it back together… with hot glue. It’s really hard to get her to chew anything at all so I’m 99% sure she won’t chew it… but am I best covering it up anyway??

Once it's dried and there are no fumes, it'll be fine, as long as there's no visible glue she can chew. When you say covering it - whereabouts is the glue?
