Hi, thankyou for having me here 😊 I'm em I'm 30 next month and I'm a mum to 3 human children, 2 guinea pigs, a dog, a cat, a Herman's tortoise and a corn snake earthside and 2 Syrian hamsters, 5 guinea pigs and 2 cats at rainbow Bridge 🌈

I'm hoping that one day once we've had time to grieve charmander properly and done bits we need to do around the house we will be hamster parents again so im loving seeing all your hamsters and keeping up to date with the latest recommendations and research 🥰🥰

I've posted our hammies maple and charmander in the rainbow Bridge section. Its great to be able to speak with people who understand how much the loss of a small pet can leave a huge gap in our lives. I will introduce our other pets and share our other rainbow bridge pets stories either here or in the other pets section at some point 🥰

Thankyou again for being so welcoming, it's a pleasure to be here 🥰

Good to have you here Em.
Look forward to hearing about your other pets, past & present.

Hello and welcome to the forum!

You sound like a busy mum to your big family. I'm looking forward to meet some of them.

Hello and welcome Em. I used to have guinea pigs too. It is lovely to have you here.

It's lovely to have you here :-) There's also a section on here for your other pets! As you can see, we all love hamsters - amazing little creatures.

Welcome to the forum <3

Thankyou all- sorry for the delayed reply I am definitely a busy mum haha 😄 I also work full time 12h nights so I'm very much nocturnal- I think that is one of the reasons I have loved having hamsters- lots of time to interact 😁 I am really missing being a hamster mum and hoping to get through the home improvements quickly, I officially packed away our plaza 2 weeks ago for the first time since loosing charmander 🥴 I am hoping it will be back out in a few months- but packing it away was a stage I wanted to go through before bringing Sally and addy home plus I'm currently storing tiles where it was 🤣 the joys of home improvements 😬
P.s I am now a mum to 4 guinea pigs- we adopted 2 new 3 year old girls a week and half ago 🥰

I have no idea how you manage to fit everything in! You are super mum.
Congratulations to the 2 new furry family members. Feel free to post photos.

Aww thankyou- I don't feel like super mum I feel permenantly in zombie mode 🤣 I can't for the life of me sleep at night! I usually give up and end up catching up on housework if the furbabies are asleep but often piggies will also be awake and happy for some extra attention 🤣
Meet Sally and Addy our new rescue girls- they are in divided cage currently as we are attempting a slow bond with our other two girls, however if it does not work out we will rebuild the front for the bottom cage which I currently use to store all their stuff and one pair can move down 🙈 each cage is 24sqft so half a cage is 12sqft luckily so it allows us the option to try slow bonds 🥰

Aw, how lovely you have given these precious piggies their forever home. I used to use the very same vet bed when I had piggies. 🙂 I hope the bonding goes well.

So lovely to see all your animals.

Aww, they are all so cute and look very happy. Great to see them all.
