Goats cheese and pepper tart

My cooking repertoire has been very mince or ready meal based for a while so decided to try something new- which was slightly time consuming so probably won’t make it that often but it was nice. I’ve linked the recipe below. It’s not quite a quiche as no eggs. But has sort of caramelised red onions as a base then goats cheese, roasted red peppers and mini tomatoes.

Mine doesn’t look quite as nice as the photo in the recipe! But it tasted nice . The red pepper quarters are under the goats cheese.
