Anyone have this going on in the family? Such a lot of work for them but the pressure seems less now the exams have actually started.
 
No only a 10 year old Granddaughter doing SATs ridiculous the stress they put on them at that age still I guess it's no different to me doing what was called the 11 plus which placed you in Grammer or Secondary. Good luck to yours with the GCSEs but many millionaires left school without any good GCSE results

I did the eleven plus too Jain :) That was a bad system - I failed it (as did about 85% of my year! It was dependant on the number of places available at the Grammar school I think) but still got good 'O' levels in the end after we moved to an area that had a comprehensive school and ended up with a degree :) . So yes I know what you mean. They can only do their best under the circumstances at the time. It seems exams are still during the hayfever season as well!

I hope your granddaughter does ok. I agree it's a lot of pressure for them at 10/11.
