I am dropping off this forum, sorry.

I just find the stuff I read on here, and worrying about whether I am doing the right thing for Davy, is stressful actually, and its taking away my enjoyment of having him .

I felt like you at one point I was new to hamsters and overwhelmed but the people on here are so lovely and well meaning I'm glad I didn't leave I've learnt so much that has been invaluable to Petes safely and quality of life after saying that hamsters are all individuals and sometimes we have to go with our gut what works best for our furry munchkins

It’s lovely! I haven’t unpacked mine yet. It appears to have arrived as there is a parcel in the porch.

You’re right it would look nice on a mantelpiece! Here we are decorating a hamster cage when I could do to decorate the house!

So badly sprained ankle (my fault: wore flip flops in the dark on dewy grass whilst putting chicken away ).

Have very nifty boot (it is helping to be honest ). Davy loves it!

So funny they love to get into boots shoe slippers Davy looks pleased to have found some new footwear. Hope your ankle heals quickly Davy will probably want to keep the boot

Dr said to bin the boot when I’ve finished with it. So it’s Davy’s .

So sorry about the ankle. Icing it 2 or 3 times a day can really help speed up healing. I bought an ankle shaped ice pack wrap for something like this

As soon as I read this my first thought was of my Albert trying to trip me up so he could have a boot too. If Albert lets me wear my flip flops I'll know he's up to something
