Hi all
I have a male Syrian and had him a week
I’ve swapped his cage litter from wood shavings to care fresh after much research
He’s burrowing and I’m aware I only need to spot clean daily and do a full clean every month or 2
Do I need to check his burrow for pee as I don’t think it’s possible or I’ll ruin the burrow and can’t get my hand in
He has a litter corner and a sand bath but I’m confused as keep reading different things
Do I change the whole cage including his burrows in about 2 months and just spot clean for now
I’ve read the article on here re cage cleaning but just unsure about the above
Thanks in advance
Lou
