By the looks, AB is just north of the U.K. at the moment, but close…

I daren't go out in the garden in the dark lol! I'd probably fall over I'm so tired! I'll keep looking through the window though.

It sounds like it might not be visible to the eye tonight, unless you're in Scotland.

Just seen this on FB…

We had a brief period this evening where the geomagnetic chart took a dip!
We are now starting to see a red aurora alert again! We have our eyes on this very closely. If this chart remains red, aurora is likely anywhere across the UK.
We won't be seeing any aurora lights as early as we did last night, but the signals are there for something spectacular again around midnight!
This all depends of it builds up strong, like it did last night! ️️

Was he looking with the camera? They are definitely down south now but quite weak...should get stronger soon. My phone doesn't have a night mode so not sure I'm going to see much.

Keep a look out for more AB activity. Apparently there's been another solar flare so could be more in the next day or so.

Failed to see anything here. Too weak I think but severely hampered by light pollution too close by when looking north

The thunderstorms haven't reached us..been warm and sunny all day

AB alert! Apparently it's in the North of the UK now, and possibly heading south
