Is anyone able to suggest a brand of water bottle that doesn't drip? I used the Savic which came with the Plaza and it was fine, but it starting dripping, so I've tried a variety since and I'm having the same problem? Would really appreciate some recommendations, please.

I sink a small stainless steel bowl into the bedding and fill it with bedding. The bottle drips, but not much comes our. I don't know if your bottle drips alot. If it's on a platform it might be a bit more difficult.

Blossom has the ferplast drinky which has been completely fine. There isn't anything special about it tho.

I use the 75ml ferplast drinky bottles :) They're my favourite. They come with a little clip for the bars so the bottle can be attached inside the cage which is handy for taking it in and out. They’ve gone up a lot in price - they used to be about £2 and now over £5! They come in various different colours and it’s pot luck as to which colour you get. I keep two though just in case one stops working but they have been long lasting and don’t drip (and do let water out easily).

I still have a file under it as there is the occasional drip but not a lot really.

Edit - tile not file!

I use the classic crystal, I’ve been using the same ones for years with no problems at all, tried quite a few to begin with but everything else seemed to drip or stop working.

I use the classic crystal too. I've put a terracotta plant pot saucer underneath to catch and soak up any drips.

Albert also likes to sit there washing and eating. The terracotta is also good for his nails too.

Frida does the classic one fit in the drinky holder then? I thought it looked like a drinky holder :) I have one crystal bottle as well and it's fine. But I got to prefer the drinky one as it never stopped working. I've had the odd iffy classic one in the past.

Interesting 🧐 I have Blossom’s water bottle on the outside of the cage.

You can do either :-). I do it on the inside because before I had a cage with Barrie bar spacing and the noise of the spout against the bars used to upset the hamster and make him nervous :) Now I just do it because I find it easier. My bottle is shorter though.
