Would it be possible to have a sticky on how to do a health check and how to check scent glands? I was thinking of when Beryl said they can get impacted. It would be so helpful to know what to look for.

It's in resources :-) Two of them

First one is from the RSPCA

It's normal for the scent glands to be stained a bit yellow round that area - but you'd notice if something didn't look right - eg if it was crusted up (that might just need bathing or it might be infected - you'd need to see after bathing it to free it up). If it was looking red and inflamed or swollen in that area or if there was a lump for example. Then it would need a vet visit.

I watched the video but there is no guide on what to check when it comes to the scent glands. She just said they look nice and clean.

You'd just be looking for any signs of redness, swelling, pus or lumps really. So without any signs like that, they would be normal and clean looking :)

Thank you. This is very helpful.
