I made a really yummy butternut squash and spinach lasagna for lunch today. I baked the squash seeds in the residual heat of the oven for Miss B. I have some questions tho :-
a) how many can I give her?
b) how do I store the rest?
c) how long will they keep?

They’re basically the same as pumpkin seeds in the shell so maybe one or two a day would be ok (not totally sure about Syrians though) once they’re completely dry they should keep for a few months in an airtight container, keeping them in the fridge if you have a lot will help to keep them better. If they’re dry they shouldn’t go off but just lose nutritional value over time.
