What makes you think he’s not happy with it? I would normally wait at least a few days before knowing if something new worked for them or not, just change even good change can be a bit unsettling initially.

He stormed into his burrow after checking everything out. Poor Sprite has had two recent changes and is likely annoyed with me. I understand it will take time to know if it works out. At least he has more space to run now.

Yes he does. There is a long one in his playpen and it is his favourite thing. It is adorable.

I think when you make changes they’ll often run off to check out the house & everything else to make sure no-one stole their hoard or anything drastic like that!
I’m sure he’ll soon be enjoying it.

This is a picture of Sprite while I was chatting to him when he was in his cage. He made me laugh earlier. He was on my lap briefly and tried to dig a tunnel through my jumper. He looked very puzzled as he was not getting anywhere. He is so cute.
