Sprays holder

Saw lovely sprays holders on another thread and diyed one

- end piece of an unusable bendy bridge as a base
- mushroom chew from pah painted
- two old door knobs with a drilled hole

glued with wood glue

Probably Bernard. He likes sprays. Or Lilly. I can just picture her balancing on top of the toadstool to get to the top seeds.

Bernard has no space left! I'd need to move his food bowl to the shelf but i don't think he'd like that. Robos are so fussy. They set up little paths where they run and don't like things to get in the way. Bernard has this habit of jumping into his food bowl when he hears a noise or gets startled. It seems to be his safe place so has to stay in the middle.

Haven't had time yet to look for a place at Lilly's but Otto has plenty of space. He ignores sprays though. I think they aren't part of his routine.

Yes, i was thinking of him. He's still in a temporary cage that isn't set up properly and he accesses his shelves in a typical hamster fashion by pulling himself up rather than using the bridge and ledge provided. Can't block that. I'll have a look when i get home.

If he's anything like my male Syrian he will ignore sprays ha ha. Maybe another dwarf would appreciate them more.

I thought these looked lovely! And I have sent for one. There are a number of different designs. I know a spray holder isn't actually necessary but it's something to brighten up a hamster cage and add interest :)...
