Slow shipping

Just to warn anyone wanting to order houses etc that there have been some shipping issues. So allow plenty of time. I don’t think I’m the only one. It’s a bit hit and miss. A couple of orders from Germany got stuck in customs for a long time before finally being delivered and one didn’t arrive at all (that was both Getzoo and Rodipet).

So I ordered from Happy Henry’s homes the last couple of times as it’s at least in the U.K. - but don’t expect their shipping to be quick - it’s a small enterprise. The products are good though!

Hopes Healthy treats is the other one I’ve had delivery issues with. Either they take a very long time (up to two weeks) or again had one parcel that didn’t arrive at all.

I think it is often down to luck. I received an order from Mixerama in just under one week.

Yes, and I had one Rodipet order here in less than a week - but then a massive delay with the next one from both Rodipet and Getzoo and both showed as being stuck in customs for well over a week. Not sure what is going on there.
