Scottie died last month and it is still strange not to get woken up by an irate and impatient Robo kicking his wooden chews around. He would create as much noise as he could and run up and down his ramp until i got up to give him his supper. He took sunflower and pumpkin seeds from my fingers and then trotted off to his nest not to be seen again till the late afternoon.

Scottie was an unusual Robo, he was fearless and wanted to know what was going on around him. He made sure i put everything back where it belonged when i spot cleaned and he made it clear that he wanted his dinner early.

Scottie was such a brave and cheeky little robo. I love the way he clattered his chews so you had to give him a treat and tried to chase away the hoover.

For such a tiny fellow, Scottie had a huge personality and made sure that you knew exactly what he wanted and when.
That is bound to leave a big empty feeling now that he has gone.
