I just want to say that I think they are fantastic 
Although they sell a bit less than before these days (although there are some new products as well), they are the only German company I know of who will still ship to the Uk. And that means immense bureaucracy and paperwork re exporting for them - along with time costs and other costs.. It's encouraging to know they're committed to their Uk customers.
